At mmacaron we are passionate about creating patisserie as much as we are about ensuring our ingredients are locally sourced and exceptional quality. 

Locally sourced produce, handmade patisseries and cakes, made for you. 

We hand make everything on our menu ourselves and source as much of our fresh ingredients from local suppliers, farms and creameries.  For example, our dairy is supplied by British Food Box, based in Snarestone, who deliver our butter and cheese from the award winning Joseph Heler creamery and our free range eggs come straight from Greenfields farm, near Twycross, freshly laid for us every Monday morning. 

Our obsession with using great quality, local ingredients doesn’t stop there;

Our English Breakfast Tea is grown in Cornwall by Tregothnan Teas and, of course, our coffee is ethically sourced and roasted by 200 degrees in Nottingham.  We hope that you really can taste the difference as a result.

Our entire menu is available to take away. 

Most of our cakes can be made as a celebration size cake to order and we also offer a tower of macarons in various sizes along with a bespoke wedding cake service, so if you are planning a special event or celebration have a chat with us about your requirements to see what we can do to make it that bit more special for you.

A 5-star rated feast of pastries and cakes to indulge the taste buds! Served with tea or coffee and if desired a glass of Nosuga Prosecco.

Our coffee is roasted by 200 Degrees in the centre of Nottingham, ready for us to freshly grind in house. All our coffee is available as decaffeinated.

Our tea is grown in Cornwall!…
Tregothnan tea gardens in the UK have been growing Britain’s first home-grown English tea since 2005, creating the ultimate Britishness in every cup. The English tea garden grows across the tiny microclimate in Cornwall. The flora around the tea includes the famous pink Magnolia Campbellii that was introduced from Darjeeling.
